My Specialty: creating a fun session that gives your people actionable ideas that they can use today. I encourage attendees to think about the value of every customer. One customer can tip into 10 or even 1,000 (because of social media) if they are treated well.

I love speaking to organizations about creating an environment that focuses on connection. Sales doesn’t have to be a dirty word when we connect from a place of value with our core values. You bring a lot of value to your customers. Learning how to explain this value and do it in a way that makes you feel comfortable can make all the difference between a chance of deepening the connection and closing the sale or pushing a potential customer away.
My specialty is: Helping your audience see how they can improve their ability to connect and close sales. Connection always comes first. This means finding out how you can help them, earning their trust then the focusing sale. Too often the sales trumps everything and the sales person treats the customer like a cash machine instead of a human being who needs help with a problem.
